Cellar agent
"Watches what I own"
Windows, pace, and gaps in what you own. It catches bottles before they fade and tells you when you're about to run low.
"3 bottles are past peak — open soon or lose them."
Private beta · for iPhone
They watch your cellar, your inbox and your calendar. Every day, they name the one thing worth doing — drink this, buy that, sell that.
Thanks for asking to join the Cork beta. We review every request by hand — if it's a fit, you'll get an invite by email with a TestFlight link for iPhone. Keep an eye on your inbox.
Your agents turn up dozens of possibilities. Cork weighs them against what you love and hands you one: the bottle to open tonight, the allocation worth taking, the bottle worth selling. Not the average wine drinker's pick. Yours.
They run on their own schedule, not only when you open the app: watching drinking windows, reading allocation offers, prepping the wine for Saturday's reservation. Every Sunday, a short note on what they did.
Ask in plain words — "what should I open for short ribs on Saturday?" — or scan a label, a restaurant wine list or a store shelf to see which wines are right for you.

Put the ones you want to work. Each agent runs its own routines in the background and brings you what it finds.
"Watches what I own"
Windows, pace, and gaps in what you own. It catches bottles before they fade and tells you when you're about to run low.
"3 bottles are past peak — open soon or lose them."
"Finds what's worth buying"
Hunts hard-to-find bottles, deals and allocations, measured against what you already own and what you actually drink.
"Take 4 of the Pinot Noir — you've opened 4 and loved them. Skip the Chardonnay; you have 9."
"Tells me when to cash out"
Tells you when a bottle is worth cashing out.
Names the one bottle most worth letting go: past its window, no longer your style, or more than you'll ever drink.
"Preps every dinner out or in"
Preps every dinner out or in, before you sit down: the restaurant's list read against your taste, or a flight from your cellar for the table at home.
"Dinner out Saturday? Bring your '10 Barolo — you'll save about $140 on the list."
"Keeps my palate curious"
Keeps your palate curious, with small experiments that sharpen what Cork knows about you.
"You've loved five Nebbiolos, all from Piedmont. Open the Washington one — if you love it too, it's the grape."
"Ranks it all into one move"
Weighs everything the team finds and chooses today's move. Every Sunday, it tells you what the team did.
"Your team ran 84 checks this week · 4 moves."
The Cellar agent works from day one. Connect your inbox and calendar when you're ready, and the Buying and Occasion agents get to work too.
No decisions are made without you. Cork never buys, sells or books anything on its own — every agent brings you a recommendation and the reasoning behind it, and you decide.
You choose which agents to put to work, and you can switch any of them off, or mute a single routine, whenever you like.
The beta is invite-only and free. We read every request and invite in small waves.
